How does Sit generate meditation sessions?

Sit uses AI to write a personalized meditation script based on your preferences — style, duration, position, and guidance level. The script is then converted to natural-sounding speech and combined with your chosen soundscape.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your meditation topics are processed in memory and never stored. Your name is anonymized before being sent to any AI service. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime. Go to your account settings on our website to manage or cancel your subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Why does session generation take a moment?

Each session is created fresh just for you — the AI writes a unique script and generates custom audio in real time. This typically takes 20-40 seconds depending on session length.

Do I need an internet connection?

Yes, an internet connection is required to generate new sessions. Previously generated sessions can be played from cache while offline.

What languages are supported?

Sit currently supports English, Spanish, German, and Portuguese, with more languages coming soon.
